The George Mason University School of Law & Economics Center in Arlington, Virginia held a program on 2-6 October 2011 that focused on the latest economic developments in antitrust law and litigation. On 5 October, NERA Vice President Dr. Elizabeth M. Bailey participated as a panelist on a session exploring "The Proper Role of Economic Experts." In a separate session, Dr. Bailey also delivered a presentation called "Predatory Pricing Conduct." The program was co-sponsored by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law and the George Mason Judicial Education Program.
