Silica Exposure: Legal and Regulatory Update

NERA Senior Vice President Dr. Faten Sabry moderated a CLE webcast discussion on the latest developments and economic issues related to silica litigation. Dr. Sabry also presented as part of the panel of experts, which included former U.S. Silica President John Ulizio and Greenberg Traurig Co-Chair of Products Liability & Mass Torts Litigation Frank Citera.
