NERA Associate Director Robert Patton joined a panel of experts for a two-hour Knowledge Congress webcast on 16 January 2013 that focused on the key fundamentals of and recent developments in international securities litigation. Mr. Patton's presentation covered trends in US securities class actions against non-US issuers and trends in US-Canada cross-border cases. He also discussed considerations in calculating damages in cross-border cases, in particular US-Canada cross-border actions. The webcast featured a live interaction with the speakers and several role-playing scenarios.
