NERA Senior Consultant Richard Druce was invited to participate in a workshop run by the Electrical Engineering Department at Imperial College London as part of Imperial's Integrated Transmission Planning and Regulation Project. The workshop covered the market, regulatory, and institutional framework required to promote the efficient development and operation of British transmission system. Mr. Druce responded to a presentation on electricity market design issues, focusing on the importance of locational signals in promoting efficient investment in the power sector.
