Fourth Annual Financial Litigation, Disputes, and Enforcement Seminar

London, England
15 October 2014
Hosted By: NERA Economic Consulting

In this NERA seminar, a distinguished panel of regulators, litigators, arbitrators, and economists examined recent developments in regulatory enforcement, litigation, and international arbitration, through lively discussion and debate. The program began with a general session on financial services regulation and enforcement, then was divided into two breakout sessions: the first session focused on legal and economic issues in hedge fund disputes; the second examined high frequency trading (HFT) and other emerging issues in market abuse enforcement.

Dr. Chudozie Okongwu, Senior Vice President and Head of NERA's European Finance, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution Group, presented opening remarks, and Senior Vice Presidents Dr. Patrick Conroy and Matthew Evans, Associate Director Robert Patton, and Senior Consultants Erin McHugh and Gary Lambert participated in the discussions. The seminar featured a keynote address by Clive Adamson, Director of Supervision, Financial Conduct Authority.
