Dr. Jeffrey Eisenach, Senior Vice President and Co-Chair of NERA's Communications, Media, and Internet Practice, was invited by London members of the Global Association of Mobile Wireless Carriers to share his perspectives on net neutrality regulation in the US. Dr. Eisenach discussed a number of timely topics, beginning with an overview of the US Federal Communications Commission's net neutrality rulemaking. He then discussed the debate over whether to include mobile wireless, and how net neutrality rules could affect mobile wireless carriers.
