NERA Economic Consulting was a proud sponsor of the ABA Crimnal Justice Section's Third International White Collar Crime Institute, held in London on 13-14 October 2014. The program covered a range of timely topics, including: corporate espionage and cybercrimes, international money laundering and sanctions, cross-border evidentiary concerns, whistleblowers, deferred prosecution agreements, and international internal investigations.

As part of the program, NERA Associate Director Robert Patton participated in a panel session entitled "Financial Institutions Regulations: Greater Cooperation Between Global Authorities," which focused on the increasingly crowded regulatory environment that global financial institutions face.
