NERA Senior Vice President Dr. Faten Sabry will be speaking as part of the upcoming "Expert Witness 2015" seminar organized by the Practising Law Institute on 29 June 2015. Event faculty includes experienced litigators and expert witnesses who will discuss the challenges of selecting, preparing, and utilizing experts in complex commercial litigation. Dr. Sabry has been invited to discuss a range of issues from preparing effective expert reports to assisting counsel in deposing experts retained by opposing counsel. Other members of Dr. Sabry's panel include Mary Gail Gearns (Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP) and Edward H. Rosenthal (Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, PC).
