NERA Affiliated Consultant Dr. Alexander Voegele and Principal Philip de Homont are invited by the Forum Institute to participate in a conference in Frankfurt on 26 November 2015. They will speak about the usage rights of intellectual property, the transfer of functions and the impact on field tax audits. Intellectual property and the relocation of abstract functions have become a focus area of tax audits, especially in Germany. The program will show how tax payers can prepare themselves against large corrections in transfer pricing audits and how complex intangibles can be valued.
