NERA Economic Consulting was proud to be a sponsor of this year's George Mason Law Review, 18th Annual Antitrust Symposium. The symposium focused on global antitrust and panel topics included class action and private actions, economics and economic evidence across regimes, non-competition goals in global antitrust, and remedies and commitments across regimes. Covering both national and international aspects, the symposium featured such expert panelists as FTC Commissioner Joshua Wright, and as moderating panelists, the Honorable Douglas Ginsburg and former FTC Commissioner Timothy Muris.
