The Ministerial Programme, organized by the GSMA (the worldwide association of mobile wireless operators) provides a forum for high-level officials and executives from the public and private sectors to discuss regulatory policy, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing the mobile telecommunications sector around the world. Held in conjunction with the Mobile World Congress, the 2015 Ministerial Programme will be held from 2-5 March at Fira Gran Via, Barcelona.

Dr. Jeffrey A. Eisenach, Co-Chair of NERA's Communications, Media, and Internet Practice, will be chairing a panel session at the event titled, "What the Future Holds for Internet Governance." Panel participants include:
