The Role of Survey Research in Litigation

Tokyo, Japan
10 April 2015
Hosted By: NERA Economic Consulting

Publicly available information may not be enough to decide whether a certain business strategy is illegal. In patent litigation, the patent itself, as well as the degree to which the patent contributed to sales of the product, is central to the case. Survey research can be key to resolving these difficult legal issues. This seminar, to be held in Tokyo on 10 April 2015 by NERA Senior Consultant Dr. Naoya Kaneko, explains the role of survey research in these cases.
