NERA was a proud sponsor of this global transfer pricing event, hosted by IBC in London on 9-11 March 2015. On 9 March, NERA Senior Vice President and Transfer Pricing Practice Chair Dr. Emmanuel Llinares, Vice President Sébastien Gonnet, and Associate Director Amanda Pletz led a workshop covering the profit split method. Through the use of practical case studies, the workshop demonstrated when and how to apply this method and its role in designing, implementing, and testing the internal pricing system.

In addition, on 11 March Dr. Llinares and Mr. Gonnet delivered a presentation on value chain analysis, and presented an analytical framework for understanding value creation in a multinational enterprise. They discussed how the preparation of a value chain analysis, in the context of new G20/OECD Base Erosion Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiatives, can help multinational companies in supporting their current transfer pricing system and providing them with insights on possible areas of adjustments.
