NERA Associate Director Dr. Subbu Ramanarayanan will participate as a faculty panelist at the three-day Advanced Winter School on the Role of Economics in Competition Law in New Delhi, India. The program, presented by the CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition and held 28-30 November 2016, is designed to help Indian competition lawyers from the private bar and regulators gain a firm understanding of the vital role that economic analysis plays in the interpretation and enforcement of competition law. Dr. Ramanarayanan will be joined by Dr. Sourav Chatterjee, Senior Vice President at BVA Group, and Payal Malik, Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Delhi.
