The annual EuroCPR aims to contribute constructively and critically to European Information Society Policy developments. The conference addresses the use of information and communications technology (ICT) throughout society and the economy, as well as the evolution of the ICT and media sectors. EuroCPR brings together academics, policymakers, and industry representatives in order to facilitate systematic interaction and critical analysis of both the highest academic excellence and the maximum policy and industrial relevance. NERA Associate Director Dr. Bruno Soria delivered the opening keynote at the conference titled, “A New Regulatory Framework for the Digital Ecosystem,” and presented the conclusions of the research report of the same title, authored by Dr. Soria and NERA Senior Vice President Dr. Jeffrey A. Eisenach, which was recently published by the GSMA.
