NERA Director Dr. Sharon Brown-Hruska will participate in the “Wrap Up Panel” at the annual Derivatives and Futures Law Committee Meeting on 19-21 January 2017 in Naples, Florida.

Organized by the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section, this three-day conference provides a forum for senior legal practitioners and other stakeholders to discuss current topics and emerging trends in derivatives and futures, including litigation and regulation.

Dr. Brown-Hruska’s panel will explore some of the key issues involving enforcement, market structure, customer protection, and cross-border issues.
