NERA Director Dr. Sharon Brown-Hruska will participate in two panel discussions during the 6^th annual conference of P.R.I.M.E. Finance (Panel of Recognized International Market Experts in Finance). The conference will take place in The Hague on 23-24 January 2017.

Organized by P.R.I.M.E. Finance, this conference will provide a meeting point for high-level stakeholders from the industry to discuss current issues and case law related to complex financial products and related financial disputes.

On 23 January, Dr. Brown-Hruska will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Fundamentals of Valuation and Damage Calculations,” which will address valuation basics and how they can be used in damage calculations. On 24 January, she will serve as a panelist for “Financial Market Regulation: Ever-Evolving and Ever-Present,” which will explore how various regulatory changes may impact financial contracts.
