NERA Associate Director Grant Saggers will speak at the Competition Law in the Financial Services Sector Conference in London on 30 May 2017. Mr. Saggers will discuss how competition economics and analysis have decisively influenced recent competition cases before the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and the European Commission. The conference, which brings together thought leaders and regulators from a wide range of financial service areas, will address major issues in financial services competition law today, including the Deutsche Bank/LSE merger, big data, and private enforcement.
