The Chair of NERA’s White Collar, Investigations, and Enforcement Practice, Managing Director Dr. Vinita Juneja, will present at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) program “Officer and Director Liability.” The seminar and live webcast will cover strategies for dealing with increasing liability litigation, critical issues in director and officer liability coverage, and a variety of other topics. Dr. Juneja will focus on matters alleging a breach of fiduciary duty, present the data on filings in these matters, specifically with regard to merger objection cases, and will describe the economic analyses that can be useful in these types of matters.
