NERA Director Kurt Strunk will address clean energy resource development at the 14th Annual Advanced Conference on Electric Power in the Northeast. Mr. Strunk will participate on the panel, “Implementation of State Carbon Reduction Initiatives in the Northeast.” He will outline economic methods for determining the full value of distributed energy resources  and will comment on the approaches being pursued in New York as part of the Public Service Commission’s Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) initiative.
