NERA Managing Director and Co-Chair of NERA's Communications, Media, and Internet Practice Dr. Jeffrey A. Eisenach will participate in a panel discussion on “mergers in the media sector: vertical and convergence mergers” at the International Bar Association’s 29th Annual Communications and Competition Conference on 11–12 June in Milan. The conference is a gathering place for regulators, in-house counsel, and leading practitioners from Europe, the US, and other jurisdictions around the world.
