NERA President Dr. Lawrence Wu will participate in a workshop at the American Bar Association’s 12^th International Cartel Workshop, 14-16 February 2018 in Paris. Recognized as a premier international cartel conference, the program will highlight current developments in cartel enforcement in jurisdictions around the world. In the workshop, a faculty of experienced antitrust attorneys, economists, guide attendees through a hypothetical global cartel investigation – from detection of a conspiracy to the ultimate disposition of the enforcement actions.
