NERA Director Dr. Timothy Watts and former Associate Director Dr. Ai Deng will participate in the American Bar Association’s “Algorithmic Price Fixing—Is There a There There?” program.

The conversation will cover algorithms and price bots. Using real-world examples, the speakers will provide a deeper understanding of the technologies at play, how US agencies have approached these issues in the past, and what these legal developments mean for the companies that rely on the new technologies.
