Associate Director Dr. Jordan Milev was a panelist in “Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, and Fintech: Innovation and Regulation” at the Financial Markets Association’s (FMA) 2018 Treasury and Capital Markets Legal and Legislative Issues Conference in Washington, DC. Dr. Milev and other panelists discussed the ways in which cryptocurrencies are transforming financial institutions, the future of cryptocurrency regulation, and current trends in regulatory enforcement and litigation. Former Managing Director Dr. Sharon Brown-Hruska moderated the panel.
