Director Richard Eichmann will participate in a seminar on economic damages in intellectual property infringement cases at Lifang & Partners in Beijing on 6 December. Mr. Eichmann will provide an overview of damages in US courts and discuss the economic frameworks for calculating damages in patent and trade secrets cases.
