On 29 June 2018, NERA Director Richard Eichmann participated in the "Mock International Arbitration - Toward Early Dispute Resolution of Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) in the 5G Era," presented by the Japan Patent Office. 

Mr. Eichmann joined former Chief Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Randall R.
