Associate Director Dr. Vladimir Starkov and former Senior Consultant Dr. Ivan Tasic will facilitate a workshop called “Transfer Pricing Dispute Resolution” at the 2018 TP Minds West Coast Conference. The workshop will focus on:

• New risks of tax disputes rising in the post-BEPS world;
• Ways taxpayers can prepare for and manage tax audits on a global basis; and
• Use of the APAs and MAPs as controversy resolution tools.

Dr. Starkov will also speak at the panel discussion called “Tax Challenges of the Digital Economy: Where Are We Now?” on the first day of the conference. This panel will discuss the latest OECD and EU Guidelines and what they mean for businesses.
