Senior Consultants Dr. Sheng Li and Dr. Claire Chunying Xie spoke at the 2nd Annual Berkeley-Tsinghua Conference on Transnational IP Litigation. The session examined issues related to US, Chinese, and European invalidity rates, foreign vs. domestic win rates, damages, and injunctions. Dr. Li and Dr. Xie presented on SEP damages and injunctions across borders. 

Kurtis MacFerrin from Google was the moderator. Other panelists included Nongfan Zhu from King & Wood Mallesons, Melissa Schneider from Darts-ip, and Mark Cohen from Berkeley Law.
