President Lawrence Wu is honored to give the welcome remarks at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University’s conference, “Navigating the Uncertain Climate of Vertical Merger Enforcement.”

This conference will examine the recent proliferation of vertical mergers and alliances, and the approach US regulatory agencies use to enforce the mergers.
