Dr. Emmanuel Llinares, Senior Vice President and Chair of NERA’s Global Transfer Pricing Practice, was invited by French law firm Villemot Barthes to participate in a seminar on the topic of intellectual property. His presentation, “Propriété intellectuelle et flux financiers intra-groupe,” addressed the role of economic analysis in intellectual property and intra-group financial flows. Specifically, Dr. Llinares discussed the consequences of the anticipated evolution of the OECD Guidelines in terms of intangibles and noted the importance of embedding economic analysis in the context of a value chain analysis.
