NERA is proud to sponsor an upcoming “Derecho de la Competencia Europeo y Español” course at the Instituto de Estudios Bursatiles, featuring Managing Director Fernando Jiménez Latorre among the faculty. Starting 12 January and ending 15 March, the course covers competition defense rules and key precedents in Europe, Spain, and internationally. Designed to accommodate all learners, the course is available in-person and online and includes practical case studies and three workshops.
