Yuyao Wang assists clients on litigation and advisory issues spanning asset valuation, breaches of contract, liability forecasts, corporate governance, intellectual property, ERISA class actions, and securities class actions. Her recent work has also involved insurance disputes related to COVID-19.

Dr. Wang specializes in applying complex statistical and econometric tools in assessing materiality. She has extensive quantitative experience with large volumes of data in securities and healthcare, including trade book data, health insurance data, and pension plan data. Dr. Wang works with clients worldwide, including the US, Canada, the UK, and China.

During her PhD at the University of Chicago, Dr. Wang lectured on macroeconomics for undergraduates. Her doctoral dissertation focused on the transmission of credit supply shocks through bank-firm lending relationships.
