Dr. Goldberg is the Jerome Greene Professor of Transactional
Studies at Columbia University School of Law. He consults for NERA on
issues involving law and economics, antitrust, regulation, and
contracts.
Dr. Goldberg has been on the faculty at Northwestern University,
Columbia University, Washington University in St. Louis, the University
of Virginia, the University of Chicago, the University of California at
Davis, and the University of California at Berkeley.
He has contributed to more than 50 publications including articles appearing in journals such as American Behavioral Scientist, American Business Law Journal, Antitrust Bulletin, Bell Journal of Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Journal of Economic Issues, Journal of Institutional and Theoretical Economics, Journal of Law & Economics, Journal of Legal Studies, Journal of Political Economy, Public Choice, Research in Law and Economics, and the law reviews of several major law schools. His most recent book, Framing Contract Law: an Economic Perspective, was published by Harvard University Press in 2006.
