Youfei Chang, PhD

Youfei Chang is a securities and finance expert. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor at Duke University where she taught financial accounting and conducted research in the economic consequences of shareholder takeover defenses and the strategic behavior of equity research analysts.  Dr. Chang also has a wealth of industry experience, which includes validation of statistical models in the banking industry, financial statement audits, and tax advisory with various public accounting firms.
