Maxime Antoine is an economist with more than six years of experience providing expert guidance on complex economic issues to multinational companies and public government bodies across a range of industries. Based in Paris, his expertise focuses on transfer pricing and encompasses the planning and modelling of sound economic transfer pricing policies as well as providing guidance on APA procedures, tax reassessment disputes, and arbitration. He has developed strong expertise in designing and implementing profit split models that optimize performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Mr. Antoine has worked with clients from across the globe in a variety of sectors such as media, utilities, cosmetics, luxury retail, and IT. His extensive experience and analytical skills enable him to provide insightful economic analyses and solutions that help clients navigate complex regulatory environments, optimize their operations, and achieve their strategic goals.

Prior to joining NERA, Mr. Antoine worked as an economist in a regulatory government body, where he honed his skills in economic research, analysis, and modelling. He also held a manager position in the transfer pricing practice of a leading consulting company.
