Richard Bruch is an economist with over 25 years of experience advising law firms, multinational companies, and the IRS in a variety of transfer pricing matters including tax planning, documentation, controversy, and Advance Pricing Agreements. Mr. Bruch's experience spans a wide variety of industries including consumer electronics, ready-to-drink beverages, property and casualty insurance, professional services, financial services, and interactive media and services industries

Mr. Bruch has been extensively involved in the preparation of expert witness reports for tax court and has managed the economic analysis aspects of tax-related audits in the US and other regions. He has also managed many intangible valuation projects including cost-sharing arrangements and licensing arrangements. 

Prior to joining NERA, Mr. Bruch was a Managing Director at Horst Frisch Incorporated and a Consultant for KPMG, where he worked on healthcare economics issues and tax revenue estimation for foreign governments and US states.
