NERA's Global Transfer Pricing Practice will host a panel discussion in London on 4 November 2014 that will examine recent developments in transfer pricing and the implications for the financial services industry. The panel of experts will discuss a number of timely issues, including: HMRC's perspective on recent developments in the financial services sector;  financial services regulatory and structural reforms; financing arrangements, treasury, and booking models; new challenges emerging under BEPS; and the economic analysis of business restructuring. The panel will feature NERA economists Dr. Emmanuel Llinares and Amanda Pletz; Graeme Webster, HM Revenue & Customs; and Gavin Helmer, Head of Transfer Pricing at Barclays. Gary Lambert of NERA will moderate the discussion.
