The annual Utility Regulation Conference attracts experts from across the industry to discuss the current regulatory environment. Speakers at this year’s event will examine and discuss creative approaches to rate cases and emerging strategies for more favorable orders and decisions. NERA Vice President Kurt Strunk will present as part of a session entitled, “FERC Regulation: Back to the Future.” This session will explore both the challenges and opportunities for industry stakeholders stemming from evolving FERC regulation.
