Industry experts will convene in Las Vegas on 5-6 March 2015 to examine the challenges currently facing the utility industry and how these issues are affecting cost recovery, rate setting, and the rate case process. As part of the program, NERA Vice President Kurt Strunk will present "A Brave New World for Return on Equity." His presentation will focus on trends in economic analysis and ratemaking policies in an era of low interest rates and on strategies for approaching rate of return issues.
