Managing Director and Bankruptcy Practice Chair Dr. Faten Sabry will present at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference on 18 May 2017. Dr. Sabry will join a panel of lawyers, judges, and other experts for the “Bankruptcy Litigation” session at the conference. The panelists will discuss recent trends in bankruptcy litigation and provide an update on fraudulent transfer litigation. The panel will also discuss the controversy over § 546(e) safe harbors, 10-year reach-back periods, and the reinstatement of unsecured creditors’ intentional fraudulent conveyance claims.
