NERA Managing Director and Co-Chair of the Global Environment Practice Dr. David Harrison delivered a presentation entitled “Benefit Assessment for §316(b) Studies: Economic Determination and Issues” in a webcast hosted by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Great Lakes 316(b) Interest Group on 17 October 2017. Dr. Harrison discussed the economic methodologies that can be used to evaluate the dollar value of potential environmental benefits associated with technologies that reduce impingement and entrainment at power plants and other facilities.
