NERA Associate Director Dr. Kristin Terris will moderate the panel discussion, “Fundamentals in Economics,” at the 65th American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting. The session will provide an overview of economic principles related to antitrust analysis, including market definition, market power, competitive effects, and econometrics; and provide an introduction to concepts and techniques that are often used in the economic analysis of antitrust matters.
