Dr. Alexandre Carbonnel, Principal in NERA’s Antitrust and Competition Practice, will be leading sessions on “Market Concentration and Horizontal Merger Analysis” and “Vertical Integration: Theories of Harm and Efficiencies” at the Florence Competition Programme Annual Training on Competition Law and Economics to be held at the European University Institute in Florence on 12–14 April 2018.

The Annual Training provides participants with a state-of-the-art overview of recent developments in competition law and economics. Members of the FCP Scientific Committee, senior officials from the European Commission and other international organizations, and practising lawyers are among the lecturers.

The Annual Training targets representatives of national competition authorities (NCAs), law firms, companies, and economics consultancies who wish to deepen their knowledge of competition law and economics.
