NERA Associate Director Grant Saggers spoke at the Junior Competition Network event entitled “Pharmaceuticals: Shaping the Future of Article 102 Case Law and the Impact of Brexit,” which took place at the offices of Mishcon de Reya LLP on Thursday, 10 May.
The event gathered over 120 competition specialists who wish to understand how recent antitrust investigations and developments in the pharmaceutical sector will impact CMA/European Commission cases. It included a discussion of the implications of these developments for competition policy in a wide range of sectors, featuring panelists such as Mark Brealey QC from the Monckton Chambers, Brian Kennelly QC from the Blackstone Chambers, and Natasha Pearman from Mishcon de Reya.
