“Antitrust Issues and Brand-Generic Disputes” at GMU Symposium

Managing Director Dr. Sumanth Addanki will speak on antitrust issues and brand-generic disputes at the GMU Symposium on the Legal, Economic, and Regulatory Environment of the Pharmaceutical Industry. Dr. Addanki will be on a panel with government officials, lawyers, and academics who will discuss the following articles: “United States: Pharmaceutical Antitrust,” by Michael Gallagher, Eric Grannon, and Heather McDevitt; and “Generic Drugs in the United States: Policies to Address Pricing and Competition,” by Ravi Gupta, Nilay Shah, and Joseph Ross.
