NERA Consultant Max Luke discussed distributed energy resource integration issues to help establish a base for discussions on new tendencies in distribution sector regulation as part of the Chilean Ministry of Energy’s Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) project. Mr. Luke participated in the session called “Adapting the Grid to the New Market Players.”
