NERA Associate Director Dr. Nicola Tosini and former Managing Director Prof. Dr. Frank Maier-Rigaud, will be in Frankfurt to speak at an event titled “The Future of Cartel Damages Claims in Europe,” hosted by Ashurst.

Prof. Dr. Maier-Rigaud and Dr. Tosini will be joined by competition lawyers and in-house counsels from various industries to discuss the latest trends and developments, and the future of competition litigation in Europe. They will touch on several interesting issues, including class actions and bundling of claims, and the “Europeanisation” of law governing damages claims.
