Managing Director Dr. Chetan Sanghvi will participate in the New York State Bar Association’s Antitrust Section 2020 William Howard Taft Lecture, “A La Carte or Prix Fixe—Choosing the Rule of Liability.” The free virtual event will be held 9:30–11:00 am EDT, 10 November 2020. Dr. Sanghvi will be a commentator along with Roxann Henry, former Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law. This year’s Taft Lecturer is global competition Professor of Law, William E. Kovacic. Distinguished guests will explore antitrust concerns of pricing liability.
