NERA Director Grant Saggers will present at the EU Competition Law Summer School Conference in Cambridge. Hosted by Informa Connect, the conference will cover all areas of competition law and policy, and will include in-depth presentations, interactive group discussions, thought-provoking mock hearings, case studies, and practical workshops.

Mr. Saggers will host two sessions:

• A presentation on the crucial economic considerations in Article 102 cases; and
• A practical session involving a mock hearing on crucial Article 102 issues and what practical challenges can arise.
