NERA Associate Director Robert Patton joins an esteemed panel at CanArbWeek 2021 to discuss preparing evidence and educating arbitral tribunals to get the greatest impact from expert reports and testimony. Mr. Patton will offer insights on working with counsel, cooperation and interaction with opposing experts, and related topics during the experts’ panel on 23 September 2021.
